Red Ball Prices: $294 full time, $144 part time, $18 drop in.

Adult Prices: $200 full time, $100 part time, $28 drop in.

I HEARBY WAIVE FOR MYSELF, MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS FOREVER, ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST WILLIAMS TENNIS SCHOOL , THE CITY OF LOVELAND, CO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, OR AGENTS FROM OR IN ANYWAY CONNECTED WITH ANY AND ALL INJURIES WHICH MAY BE SUFFERED ON OR INCURRED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY. WHETHER OR NOT AUTHORIZED BY WILLIAMS TENNIS SCHOOL, THE CITY OF LOVELAND. THIS WAIVER SHALL BE APPLICABLE EVEN IF MY INJURIES ARISE FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF WILLIAMS TENNIS SCHOOL, THE CITY OF LOVELAND, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participant Cancellations & Refunds: Participant cancellations and refund requests are as determined by the Contractor as follows: A full refund will be given up to 5 days prior to the start date if a player decides that they cannot participate for any reason. All other refunds will not be allowed and is at the sole discretion of Steve Williams and Williams Tennis School, LLC (in the event of an emergency). Full credits will be given to the following month for any missed time. All credits expire on November 1st and do not roll to the next tennis season. The days attended can rotate, make-ups are allowed and once payment is received for the month, full credits are given for any missed time. Make-up classes will not be offered in the event of a weather cancellation, but players can attend any future class in the event of a weather cancel with a full credit.
